“Serena was calm, engaging, and created such an interactive and welcoming environment. I especially appreciated hearing others share their own challenges with practicing mindfulness because it made me feel less alone in the journey. I definitely plan to attend more sessions so I can continue deepening my practice and learning more ways to pour back into myself.”
