Meet Serena Nicole

I’m an epidemiologist and mindfulness practitioner, passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and intentional way.

My approach to mindfulness is practical, warm, and rooted in real life—not perfection.

This workshop is a space for you to step away from the noise and return to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. This workshop is designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible. Whether you’re competley new or have some experience, you’ll be guided in a way that meets you where you are.

  • You’re welcome to bring a journal and a pen for reflection, and a yoga mat, cushion, and/or blanket for guided practices. Other than than, just bring yourself and anything that helps you feel comfortable and present.

  • Wear something comfortable and relaxed. There’s no need for workout attire, but you should feel at ease sitting, doing light movement, reflecting, and participating.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else or apply it to a future session. Please email info@withserenanicole.com at least 24 hours prior to workshop
